Design & Engineering:

• Custom CAD & Fitment Checks: We produce carriage-compatible designs specific to your forklift make/model, mast class and carriage dimensions.
• Load Rating & Safety Factors: Working Load Limit (WLL) calculations, dynamic load considerations and safety factors are calculated to client specification or industry norms.
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA): FEA available for high-stress designs, long-reach jibs or unconventional load cases.
• Hydraulic Integration: For powered attachments we design hydraulic circuits, valve packages and hose routing compatible with forklift hydraulics and safety interlocks.

Materials & Fabrication:

• Structural Steel Fabrication: Fabricated from high-strength structural steels (S275/S355 or equivalents) or stainless steel for corrosive environments, as part of our Material Handling Fabrication solutions.
• Precision Cutting & Machining: CNC profiling, laser/CNC cutting and precision machining for accurate mounting interfaces and reliable operation.
• Certified Welding: MIG/TIG/stick welding by certified welders with WPS documentation and weld traceability.
• Hardwearing Components: Hardened pins, bearings, bushings and replaceable wear pads to extend service life.

Safety, Testing & Certification:

• Proof Load & Functional Testing: Proof-load testing and operational checks to confirm rated capacities and safe functioning, supported by our Test Weight Fabrication solutions.
• NDT & Inspection: NDT (MPI/UT) on critical welds as required and full inspection reports supplied.
• Documentation Package: Material Test Certificates (MTC), WPS/PQR, NDT reports, proof-load certificates, tag plates and operation/inspection manuals.
• Compliance Advice: Designs can be aligned to EN, ISO or local statutory standards and supplied with tagging/serial numbering for asset management.

Finish & Corrosion Protection:

• Industrial Coatings: Shotblast + primer and industrial paint or epoxy for standard environments.
• Corrosion Resistant Options: Hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating or full stainless construction for marine, chemical or outdoor use.
• Protective Accessories: Rubber-faced clamp pads, cushioned jaws and replaceable liners to protect sensitive loads.
